Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll for the ANZ region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. You will support teammates, handle complex queries, and contribute to process improvements within a hybrid, Manila-based team.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting background, proficiency with ADP GlobalView or similar systems, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work model in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (4 years exp)
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing (regional)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong HR processes knowledge
• Experience in high-volume payroll environments
• Experience with ADP GlobalView or similar payroll systems
• Oracle experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Process payroll activities in line with established procedures.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with regulations.
• Handle taxation, statutory obligations, and returns.
• Stay updated on regional legislative changes for payroll accuracy.
• Provide SME guidance and resolve complex queries.
• Prepare reports and perform complex analyses for management.
• Assist in issue resolution and documentation for audits.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and SOP updates.
• Liaise with onshore Payroll Support and respond to queries.
