Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll services for the SEA region and ensure compliant processing across PH, MY, ID, and TH. You will handle salary disbursement, filings, reporting, and HR systems activities, working within SLAs and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses to payroll inquiries, and collaboration with HR and Finance stakeholders to maintain up-to-date payroll knowledge and effective processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience to Payroll
• Experience in processing SEA region payroll (PH, MY, ID, TH) is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Experience in high-volume/headcount payroll processing
• Experience with Payroll Systems (Empower, Easy Pay, ADP, Globalview, Celegro, Workday) or Oracle is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely perform payroll processing activities in support of payroll services.
• Ensure payroll processing, salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain payroll files and records and liaise with staff on payroll matters.
• Assist with regulation alignment activities to ensure compliant payroll processing.
• Support audit-related activities and process improvements.
