Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the ANZ region to handle day-to-day payroll processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide guidance to teammates.

You will support audits, generate reports, and collaborate with onshore teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume environment.
• Strong MS Office skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll activities for the ANZ region in compliance with procedures.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate reporting.
• Handle taxation, statutory obligations, and returns preparation.
• Support audits and provide complex analysis and insights.
• Assist junior staff and resolve routine and complex issues.
