Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master for a 1-year contract in a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) at UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City. The role requires guiding agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring successful delivery of multiple BFSI projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Scrum Master, strong stakeholder management, and relevant Agile certifications (PSM/CSM/SAFe). Proficiency with Jira, RTC, or Agile Central is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end projects from initiation through successful deployment.
• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) industry.
• Must hold at least one recognized Scrum or Agile certification, such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, RTC, or Agile Central is an advantage.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, monitor sprint progress, and support continuous improvement within Agile teams.

Job Title: Scrum Master
Work Set-up & Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home) | UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mid/Night Shift
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Highly Subject to Renewal)
Salary Offer: PHP 85,000 per month
