Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Muntinlupa is seeking a Scrum Master with 2–3 years of experience to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT or a related field, has knowledge of Jira and Confluence, and strong English communication skills. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment where you will work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the backlog while managing the team’s progress and impediments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) and ensure they are effective and timeboxed.
• Remove team impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to keep B2C digital projects on track.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized, and actionable backlog.
• Track sprint progress, risks, and deliverables using Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field; 2–3 years Scrum Master experience.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus; familiarity with Jira and Confluence required.
• Working knowledge of .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL is preferred.
• Background in software development or testing (frontend/backend, e-commerce) is an advantage.

Strong English communication, analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
