Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to build self-organized, cross-functional teams and to facilitate Scrum ceremonies. You will apply Scrum principles, foster an Agile mindset, and support stakeholders to achieve product goals.

You will coach teams, remove impediments, and help optimize delivery with metrics and governance in a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates have strong Jira/Confluence experience and a track record in software delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis, project delivery, product delivery, or Agile environments.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator or Agile Coach.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, removing impediments and working with Product Owners.
• Knowledge of Agile practices such as Kanban, BDD, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD, XP.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent Agile delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective take place and remain productive and time-boxed.
• Coach team members on Scrum accountabilities, Agile principles, self-management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify, track and remove impediments affecting progress or team effectiveness.
• Support Product Owner and stakeholders with backlog management and product goals.
• Promote adherence to the organizational Agile Playbook while adapting facilitation to team context.
• Help leaders and adjacent teams understand Scrum and remove barriers between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Provide adhoc data analysis and delivery insights to support leadership discussions and planning.

About the job:

The Scrum Master’s role is to build self-organized and cross-functional teams, facilitate scrum ceremonies, keep, and interpret Scrum artifacts, apply scrum framework, principles, and values. This may include building an Agile mindset in the teams, business department and across the company.

What you need to have:

• · Minimum 5years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis, projectdelivery, product delivery or Agile environments.
• · Minimum 3years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator or AgileCoach supporting software delivery teams.
• · Demonstratedexperience facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, removing impediments andworking with Product Owners.
• · Knowledgeable in practices/processes that further promoteagility (Kanban, Behavior-Driven Development, Test-Driven development, DevOps,CI/CD, eXtreme Programming, etc.)
• · Workingknowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent Agile delivery tools.
