Job summary

Surepay Technologies Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile software delivery in a hybrid role based in Makati. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team on Agile principles, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of features.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with QA, and align development work with business goals while upholding quality standards and documentation. A Bachelor's in IT/CS and 3+ years in software development with Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of software development experience with at least 1 year in a Scrum Master or team lead role.
• Certified in Agile/Scrum; Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience in full-stack or back-end software development, leadership, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remove impediments and blockers that affect team velocity and sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and architecture decisions.
• Contribute to the definition and documentation of technical specifications and system architecture.

• Monitor sprint progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with the Technology and Operations teams to align development activities with business objectives.

• Attend certification trainings or schooling as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
