Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and mentor development teams in a hybrid Makati setup. The role focuses on promoting agile practices, enabling high-performing teams, and driving value delivery within IT projects.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, IT experience, and familiarity with Scrum/SAFe and Azure DevOps.

Job description

Location: Makati - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Salary range: 85K to 120K

Shift: Mid or night shift

Job type: Permanent with MNC - direct hire

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Facilitate and champion the agile methodology by coaching and mentoring development teams and promoting the use of standards and best practices.

Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external stakeholders.

Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to the team’s progress and focus on eliminating waste and delays.

As a servant leader, promote adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, mentoring, and coaching.

Ensure the team is utilizing Scrum/SAFe ceremonies effectively to maximize value delivery and facilitates Scrum ceremonies.

Represent the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).

Actively participate in learning opportunities such as communities of practice or conferences to improve skills and better support the team.

Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.

• Technical Competencies - Strong analytical skills. Experience using Azure Devops (ADO).
