AS White Global Pty is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our offshore SuccessFactors team, focusing on Time Off and Time Tracking. You will work with onshore consultants and customers to resolve issues and configure high-quality solutions.

You will support implementations, drive enhancements, and collaborate across HR, payroll, integration and technical teams to maximise the value of SAP SuccessFactors investment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Strong knowledge of leave management, attendance, and timekeeping with Employee Central integration.
• Experience in AMS, application support or managed services across configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking, resolving incidents, service requests and system issues within agreed service levels.
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, accruals, absence processes and time valuation requirements.
• Partner with customers and consulting teams to deliver system enhancements, continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives.
• Support implementations through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, hypercare and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis, support integrations involving Employee Central, Payroll, ECP and third-party systems, and contribute to practice knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do

Key Criteria

• Proven hands‑on experience supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of leave management, attendance, workforce management, time recording and Employee Central integration.
• Experience in AMS, application support or managed services, with delivery across configuration, testing, deployment, enhancements and post-go-live support.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer service, communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
• SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Time Off or Time Tracking are highly regarded; ECP, payroll integrations, CPI, ANZ customer or system integrator experience is advantageous.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
