Job summary

PwC Philippines in Manila is seeking a SAP SD Senior Associate to support SAP CRM and CX implementations within Advisory. You will analyze requirements, configure SAP CRM and Cloud for Customer, and help deliver client solutions with a global PwC SAP practice.

As a Senior Associate you will mentor juniors, manage workstreams, and ensure alignment with client objectives while deepening your technical and business understanding across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of experience in SAP/CRM roles.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements for SAP Customer Experience and translating to functional designs.
• Implementing and configuring SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer components.
• Supporting deployment activities, integrations, and issue resolution across apps.
• Interpreting data and processes to identify improvements in customer management.
• Developing deliverables for workstreams, including process maps and status updates.
• Guiding junior team members on tasks, analysis, and SAP tools.
• Building client relationships through responsive support and clear tracking.
• Validating solution behavior against requirements and standards during testing.
