Job summary

PwC Philippines in Manila is seeking a SAP SD Senior Associate to support SAP CRM and CX implementations within Advisory. You will analyze requirements, configure SAP CRM and Cloud for Customer, and help deliver client solutions with a global PwC SAP practice.

As a Senior Associate you will mentor juniors, manage workstreams, and ensure alignment with client objectives while deepening your technical and business understanding across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of experience in SAP/CRM roles.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

As a SAP SD Senior Associate you will support consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management applications within our Advisory practice, helping clients refine customer engagement processes and improve use of CRM tools. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and navigate changing project needs while deepening your technical skills and broadening your business context. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client requirements, support implementation of SAP CRM solutions, contribute to training and user support, and help deliver work that aligns with client objectives and the broader business application consulting agenda.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements for SAP Customer Experience solutions and translating business needs into workable functional designs
• Implementing and configuring SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer components to support sales and customer engagement processes
• Supporting deployment activities, integration checks, and issue resolution across connected business applications
• Interpreting customer data and process flows to identify improvement opportunities in customer management and sales effectiveness
• Developing deliverables for assigned workstreams, including solution documentation, process maps, and status updates
• Guiding junior team members on task execution, functional analysis, and use of SAP tools and methods
• Building client relationships through responsive support, clear issue tracking, and practical recommendations
• Validating solution behavior against business requirements and technical standards throughout testing and rollout activities

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 to 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
• Demonstrating SAP SD configuration experience across sales processes
• Applying SAP CX knowledge to customer engagement implementations
• Interpreting business requirements into system design recommendations
• Supporting client-facing workstreams through issue analysis and resolution
• Collaborating across teams while mentoring junior team members
