As a SAP SD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. This role is integral to helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. • Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to optimize client processes
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to validate successful CRM deployments
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality client services
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement and technology innovation
• Utilizing business process consulting skills to drive customer transformation and engagement initiatives
• Overseeing the deployment and management of SAP Cloud for Customer solutions to support client needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to facilitate seamless CRM software utilization
• Encouraging team development and embracing change to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders to maintain project momentum

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
