Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution Lead Consultant to support and enhance SAP SD in a global landscape. You will lead as the functional expert for SAP SD, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA, overseeing OTC activities, pricing, billing, and logistics execution while driving process improvements.

You will also manage workshops, document functional specs, mentor teams, and coordinate across FI/CO, MM, PS, and WMS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP SD specialization.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA; support/enhancement environments.
• Proven expertise in OTC, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
• Experience with WMS interfaces and integration processes.
• Familiar with e-commerce processes and retail operations; new shop openings.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, MM, PS, and other SAP modules.
• Direct client-facing experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Lead Consultant to support and continuously enhance our client's SAP SD landscape.

The role will serve as the primary functional lead for SAP SD, providing functional support, process optimization, solution stability, and advisory support within a complex global SAP environment. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.

The position also requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional lead for the client's SAP SD landscape, ensuring day-to-day support and system stability.

• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and enhancements in collaboration with the client and internal support teams.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SD issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including FI/CO, MM, PS, WMS, and Technical teams, to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.

• Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate Order-to-Cash processing.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

• More than 10 years of hands‑on SAP SD experience.

• Strong experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly in support and enhancement environments.

• Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.

• Experience with WMS interfaces and integration processes.

• Experience with e-commerce processes and retail operations.

• Experience supporting the opening of new shops/subsidiaries, including SAP SD-related processes.

• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, MM, PS, and other SAP modules.

• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes.

• Demonstrated experience leading/managing a team or workstream.

• Strong project management skills, including task coordination, workload estimation, timelines, and communication across teams.

• Comfortable leading workshops and drafting functional specifications.

• Proven ability to independently lead workstreams in a client‑facing support environment.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Direct client‑facing experience is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

• Willingness to work onsite once a week in McKinley, Taguig.

• Amenable to a mid‑shift schedule.
