Job summary

The Hird Corp. in Makati is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our ERP Scrum Team. You will support, enhance, and implement SAP Sales & Distribution solutions with business and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP applications.

Key activities include configuring SAP SD, optimizing Order-to-Cash processes, gathering requirements, and guiding junior staff in an Agile/Scrum environment. Hybrid work setup requires onsite Mondays and Tuesdays.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with SAP SD expertise.
• Experience in SAP implementation, support, configuration and O2C.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP SD application support, troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP SD modules and optimize O2C processes.
• Support design, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvements.

• SAP Configuration & Functional Design

Key Responsibilities

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• For Senior Consultant: Experience leading SAP projects, mentoring team members, and managing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Security, SAP Integration, Automation, CI/CD, SAP SD Certification, or SAP S/4HANA migration is an advantage.
