Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience focusing on Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery and Billing.
• Proven leadership or management of teams and projects.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and creating functional specifications.
• Ability to estimate efforts for projects and enhancement requests.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

Responsibilities

We're Hiring: SAP Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant/Manager Expert

Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite at least once a week)
Shift: Mid-Shift
Salary: PHP 180,000 – PHP 220,000

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant/Manager Expert to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise SAP SD solutions in a global environment. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive SAP SD expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP SD support and enhancement activities
• Manage incidents, service requests, and system enhancements
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FICO, MM, PS, and Technical teams
• Support month-end and quarter-end business processes
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and communication

• Extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments

• Project management experience, including coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops and creating functional specifications
• Ability to provide effort estimation for projects and enhancement requests
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
• Must be amenable to working onsite in McKinley, Taguig at least once a week on a mid-shift schedule
