Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Manila is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution and hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation.

You will analyze requirements, configure SAP SD, support end-to-end sales processes, and work with business and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions. The role is hybrid with office 2 days per week at UT3, 23rd Floor.

Candidates should have 2+ full SAP S/4HANA implementation cycles and solid O2C knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on SAP SD / Sales and Distribution experience.
• S/4HANA implementation project experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP SD with order-to-cash processes.
• Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP SD SME and guide Sales and Distribution processes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD solutions, supporting end‑to‑end sales processes, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as an SAP SD Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance on Sales and Distribution processes.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP SD solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP SD based on business and functional requirements.

• Participate in end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from requirement gathering through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Manage and support Sales Order Management processes, including order‑to‑cash activities.

• Work closely with business users and cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with SAP MM and other functional teams to ensure proper integration across business processes.

• Perform functional testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD‑related issues and provide appropriate functional solutions.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and other project‑related deliverables.

• Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to key project decisions and ensure successful delivery of SAP SD solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP SD / Sales and Distribution.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Completed at least 2 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience in SAP SD configuration and customization.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and integration.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of SAP MM / Procurement processes.

• Experience working with cross‑functional SAP modules.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, enhancement, or post‑go‑live support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP SD experience.

• At least 2 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong experience in SAP SD Sales Order Management.

• Experience working with business users and cross‑functional SAP teams.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
