Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Expert to support and continually enhance our clients' SAP SD solution.

You will lead functional work, manage incidents, and coordinate with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical teams to deliver end-to-end OTC processes. The role requires 10+ years in SAP SD, ECC/S4HANA expertise, and onsite weekly in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on Sales and Distribution.

• Project management skills to coordinate tasks across teams.
• Leading workshops and drafting specs for changes.
• Workload estimation for new requests/projects.

Responsibilities

• Support period- and quarter-end closing activities for order-to-cash.
• Prepare functional docs, impact assessments, and test scripts for changes.
• Lead and mentor the team to provide high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.

Position Description

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Expert to support and continuously enhance our clients' SAP SD solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional lead for the client's SAP SD landscape, ensuring seamless day-to-day support and system stability.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements in collaboration with the client and internal support teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SD issues across modules, including Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization and automation opportunities within OTC.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical) to ensure integrated and efficient end-to-end solutions.
• Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate order-to-cash processing.
• Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts for change requests and system updates.
• Lead and mentor your team to support resources to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive communication and advisory support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 10+ years of experience in SAP with a specialization in Sales and Distribution processes.
• SAP SD expertise for more than 10 years with ECC + WMS interface + Ecommerce process + retail process (opening of new shop/subsidiary)
• Project Management Skills (to coordinate the tasks and the communication with the different teams)
• Comfortable with leading workshops and drafting specifications
• Ability to provide workload estimation on new requests/projects
• Expertise in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments with a focus on support and enhancements.
• Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules
• Proven ability to lead workstreams independently in a client-facing support environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting directly with clients.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1x a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
