Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Lead SAP OTC / SAP SD Consultant to lead and support Order-to-Cash processes and SAP SD solutions. The role involves business process analysis, SAP SD configuration, solution design, integration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.

The candidate will lead OTC/SD activities, analyze requirements, configure SAP SD processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP SD / SAP OTC Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and functional processes.
• Experience with Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and related OTC activities.
• Experience in SAP integration with MM and FI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing technical and functional leadership to the team.
• Experience leading SAP SD/OTC workstreams or teams.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants.
• Bachelor's degree plus SAP SD certification is advantageous.
• S/4HANA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP OTC and SAP SD activities across business processes and technology initiatives.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP SD: orders, pricing, delivery, and billing.
• Manage the end-to-end OTC lifecycle and pursue process improvements.
• Collaborate with business users, functional and technical teams.

Job Summary

The role will involve business process analysis, SAP SD configuration, solution design, integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP OTC and SAP SD activities across business processes and technology initiatives.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

• Configure and support SAP SD processes including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and related functions.

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Work closely with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

• Support integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, FI, and other relevant business processes.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments.

• Lead testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment support.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

• Support SAP releases, enhancements, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide functional guidance and mentoring to SAP SD/OTC team members.

• Participate in project planning, solution design, documentation, and stakeholder discussions.

• Ensure SAP solutions follow business requirements, process standards, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP SD / SAP OTC Consultant.

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and functional processes.

Lead-Level Requirements

• Experience leading SAP SD/OTC workstreams, projects, or functional teams.

• Ability to review requirements, propose solutions, and guide implementation.

• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other SAP teams.

• Strong ownership of deliverables, issue resolution, and project timelines.

• Ability to mentor junior and mid-level SAP consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• SAP SD certification is an advantage.

• Experience with S/4HANA is preferred.

• Experience in global or enterprise SAP environments is an advantage.

• Experience with SAP implementation and support methodologies is preferred.
