Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an SAP S/4HANA SD configuration specialist to support OTC and Sales and Distribution processes, ensuring alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP configuration, 3+ years with S/4HANA, and strong problem-solving abilities, with a hybrid work setup in Mandaluyong (on-site 2 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of SAP configuration with demonstrable end results in Sales and Distribution.
• 3+ years of S/4 Hana system configuration and integration with external applications/ system.
• Hands on cross functional experience of working with integration aspects of SAP cross modules MM, PP, LE.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S&D: order types, billing types, pricing procedures.
• Manage integrations and interfaces.
• Gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Design and write functional specs for RICEF development objects.
• Create high quality Functional Specification, test plans and related documents.

Job Overview

You will play a key role in supporting the SAP S/4 HANA SD module through configuration and optimizing our client's Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Sales and Distribution processes. The ideal candidate has technical configuration expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proven track record of aligning SAP solutions with business objectives.

Note: Because of project timelines, candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be given top priority.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2x a week onsite at client's Mandaluyong office. Working hours is 8AM - 5PM.

Responsibilities

• SAP S&D Configuration such as but not limited to order types, delivery and billing document types, pricing and pricing procedure, shipment and output types, order fulfillment
• Experienced in integration and interfaces
• Conducts gathering requirements and performs gap analysis
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders
• Uses advance experience to design and write functional specs for RICEF development objects
• Demonstrates ability to write high quality Functional Specification, test plans and related documents
