Dikshatek Consulting Services Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SD Techno-Functional Lead/SME to join our Manila team. The role focuses on SAP Sales and Distribution, with emphasis on Sales Order Management and S/4HANA implementations.

You will design scalable SAP solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and guide cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP SD Sales Order Management experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution implementation.
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD sales order processing and Order-to-Cash workflows.
• Experience in SAP SD configuration and customization.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP SD Subject Matter Expert and provide leadership to the team.
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SD processes based on business needs.
• Provide expertise in end-to-end Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SD and integration issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams and contribute to key solution and technical decisions.
• Analyze data flows and interfaces between SAP and external/enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, FI, logistics, and other teams where required.
• Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Techno-Functional Lead / SME to join our Manila team. The successful candidate will provide functional and technical leadership across SAP Sales and Distribution, with a strong focus on Sales Order Management and S/4HANA implementation.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional areas to design scalable solutions, resolve complex issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong understanding of sales order, delivery, shipping, and billing processes.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SAP data flows, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SAP MM Procurement.
• Experience with SD–MM integration.
• Experience working across multiple SAP functional and technical teams.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration, integration, testing, or post-go-live support.
