Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze site inventory and spare parts reports.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system/SAP records and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor spare parts levels, replenishment, transfers, and borrowing.
• Prepare and analyze financial and inventory-related reports.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
• Support budget preparation and other maintenance-related reports.
