Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience or internship in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or data processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP systems familiarity (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse transactions and record in ERP/WMS.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory movements and cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory balances and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documents and maintain records.
• Report shipment delays or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure finished goods are properly dispatched and deducted in the system.
• Maintain organized warehouse and logistics reports and documentation.
