Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to oversee inventory control, backups to SAP, and cross‑department coordination. You will monitor stock, perform regular counts, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance while supporting food safety and quality initiatives.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication. Office tools and SAP proficiency are essential, with forklift experience as a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and inventory management skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Driving skills and forklift operation experience are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, preservation, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare and submit daily inventory, aging, and fumigation reports.
Monitor inventory movements and ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO procedures.
Process plant-to-plant and warehouse transfers, including SAP documentation.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics, Sales, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
Monitor non-conforming products and ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
Support food safety, quality management, and workplace safety initiatives.
Generate and analyze inventory reports using SAP.
