Job summary

Specialty Lifestyle Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Assistant to maintain accurate stock records across stores and the off-site warehouse.

You will monitor stock movements, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and store teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize discrepancies. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail operations.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Support the creation of articles, Purchase Orders (POs), and Purchase Info Records (PIRs) in SAP, including maintenance of batch-managed articles.
Process and monitor stock movements between the warehouse and the boutique through Stock Transport Orders (STO), ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock levels are consistently monitored, tracked, and reported.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to validate the accuracy of actual stocks versus system data.
Help manage the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies between physical counts and recorded inventory levels, collaborating with warehouse, boutique, and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with IT and technical support teams to resolve SAP data issues and system problems.
