Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Manager for Employee Central in Makati on a hybrid schedule. Lead global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and drive HR process design.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with ≥5 years in Employee Central, hands-on with Integration Center, CPI, and Identity Authentication Service. Will mentor consultants, support pre-sales, and champion cloud HR transformation (RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP).

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with ≥5 years in Employee Central.
• Hands-on configuring Employee Central objects, workflows and rules.
• Experience with Integration Center, CPI and Identity Authentication Service.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, People Analytics and Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.
• Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
• Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party apps.
• Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
• Provide strategic input on RI SE/ GROW with SAP cloud HR transformation.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals.
• Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Employee Central.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
  

Preferred Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
• Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits.
• Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices.
