Riskonnect, Inc. is actively seeking a Salesforce Success Engineer to maximize the value of Riskonnect's Salesforce-based solutions across our internal platforms.

You will own the work end-to-end, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to designing, configuring, and delivering enhancements, while troubleshooting, supporting deployments and upgrades, and leading user training sessions. Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator experience required.
• Consulting or Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication for US-based clients.
• On-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders to design and deliver enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues, support deployments and upgrades.
• Lead user training sessions.
• Keep internal Salesforce and AgentForce platform healthy, secure, and governed.
• Manage user setup, access, permissions, and system configuration.
• Support rollout of AI-powered solutions with cross-functional teams.
