Role Description

The Success Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bulacan, focused on helping customers achieve successful outcomes with Riskonnect’s integrated risk management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and supporting the platform, troubleshooting technical and functional issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client requests. The role involves translating customer requirements into system solutions, assisting with implementations and upgrades, and providing proactive guidance to maximize product adoption and value. Success Engineers document solutions and best practices, contribute to knowledge bases, and may participate in training sessions or workshops to support users. The position requires consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with experience in software configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Skills in customer success, client support, or account management, with the ability to build constructive relationships and manage expectations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret requirements, diagnose issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in risk management, compliance, insurance, or related domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bulacan, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
