Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Strong customer success and relationship management skills.

• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, or insurance is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bulacan and collaborate with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, databases, or scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Riskonnect’s platform for customers.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide fixes.
• Translate customer requirements into system solutions and assist with implementations.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge bases.
