Riskonnect, Inc. is actively seeking a Salesforce Success Engineer to maximize the value of Riskonnect's Salesforce-based solutions across our internal platforms.

You will own the work end-to-end, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to designing, configuring, and delivering enhancements, while troubleshooting, supporting deployments and upgrades, and leading user training sessions. What you’ll do:

Salesforce Success Engineer

Help customers get the most out of Riskonnect's Salesforce-based solutions. You'll own the work end to end, shaping the entire user and business experience, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to designing, configuring, and delivering enhancements. You'll also troubleshoot issues, support deployments and upgrades, and lead user training sessions.

• Salesforce Administrator experience (required)

Keep Riskonnect's internal Salesforce and AgentForce environment running smoothly behind the scenes. Unlike our client-facing Success Engineers, this role is fully internal and focused on the health, security, and governance of the platform itself. You'll own user setup, access and permissions, and system configuration, and support the rollout of AI-powered solutions alongside our Security, Product, and IT teams.

• Solid knowledge of user management, security, profiles, and permission sets
• Experience with org configuration, flows, and troubleshooting
• AgentForce or AI platform exposure (a plus)
• Amenable working on-site

Build AI-powered solutions on Riskonnect's Salesforce and AgentForce platform. You'll turn internal business needs into working AI agents, automations, and integrations, and own them from idea through deployment. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Product, Security, DevOps, and TechOps teams, and share expertise with our client-facing AI Center of Excellence.

• Hands‑on experience building on the Salesforce platform (LWC, Apex, Flows, SOQL)
• Interest in or experience with AgentForce, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions
• Experience with integrations, deployments, and platform enhancements
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Amenable working on-site
