Qualifications

• 3–7 years Salesforce CRM experience across Admin, Consultant, or Developer roles.
• Strong Flow and process automation experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI or Agentforce capabilities.
• Proven CRM workflow design and business process improvement expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and operations teams.
• Salesforce certifications highly regarded, including Admin or Platform App Builder.
