Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions for Pasig-based customers. You will combine technical expertise with customer engagement to deliver strong implementation experiences and drive platform adoption.

In this role, you will lead discovery, provide technical recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor to improve workflows, automation, and user adoption while maintaining system integrity and security.

Qualifications

2+ years in Salesforce Admin, implementation, or technical support.
Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards).
Strong problem solving and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce to meet customer requirements using declarative tools.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
Support enhancements, releases, and configuration changes while preserving integrity.
Conduct testing, deployment validation, and documentation for new functionality.
Partner with customers to translate goals into effective Salesforce solutions.
Deliver demonstrations, knowledge transfers, and admin training.
Troubleshoot configuration, automation, and integration issues.
Document configurations and implementation decisions for future reference.
