Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Field Service Professional Services Technical Architect to design and manage complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on AI-enabled field service implementations.

You will lead technical design sessions, oversee integrations and data migrations, and ensure scalable, high-performance outcomes for diverse clients. You will work with client stakeholders, partner teams, and Salesforce product groups to deliver long-term, architecture-driven success while traveling

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent proven experience required, evaluated by core proficiencies for the role.
• 9–14 years CRM experience with at least 6 years on Salesforce platform.
• End-to-End Field Service Implementation expertise and Salesforce product suite knowledge.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation).
• Strong architecture background for large web-based systems and secure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and expectations.
• Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by designing scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within Salesforce environments.
• Lead design sessions, document solutions, and review architectural assumptions with AI tools.
• Champion AI-first delivery methods and accelerate implementation across projects.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and oversee project delivery.
• Travel to client sites 50–75% for project delivery and client engagement.
