Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value Signature Success Plan customers achieve strong ROI from our platform. You will act as an extension of the customer's team, advising on adoption, value realization, and renewal strategy.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management, and proactive health and risk management. Office-flexible arrangement with 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS roles.
• Proven ability to drive business value and manage C-level conversations.
• Prior Salesforce product experience is a must (technical implementation preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across IT and business teams.
• Understanding of Sales Cloud processes and CRM fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accountable point for delivery of all Signature deliverables and renewals.
• Coordinate all deliverables and ensure value delivery throughout the Signature lifecycle.
• Advise on adoption, ROI, and renewal strategies with executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to align customer goals.
• Identify risks, conduct quarterly reviews, and recommend product improvements.
