Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant in the Philippines. The role combines functional and technical work across configuration, customization, integrations, and project delivery to support Salesforce-focused initiatives.

You will configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, manage security and sharing rules, and design custom objects, fields, and layouts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related modules.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of Pardot, DocuSign, CPQ, and AppExchange integrations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with workflows, Process Builder, and Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is desirable.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Gearset or GitLab is a plus.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects in an Agile/Sprint environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line Salesforce support and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams.
