Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Global Retail Distribution Enablement function. You will combine admin-level Salesforce knowledge with business analysis to support requirements, solution design, configuration, governance, and adoption insights in a hybrid Manila-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Organizational Change, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, or related discipline.
• 3 years relevant experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, sales enablement, business operations, project coordination, change management, or related discipline.
• Amenable to night shift and hybrid work setup (3x onsite in Quezon City).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration concepts and how the Salesforce ecosystem works behind the scenes.
• Day 1 Salesforce administrator-level knowledge including architecture, objects/relationships, security models and permissions, page layouts, field types, automation considerations, and platform constraints.
• Ability to independently assess Salesforce configuration considerations and work with business and technology partners.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs, gather and clarify requirements, and translate into practical technical or system solutions.
• Apply Salesforce admin-level knowledge across objects, relationships, security, page layouts, and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders on solution design, validation, decisions, dependencies, risks, and readiness.
• Coordinate Selling Tools portfolio activities, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, and actions.
• Support change management, enablement, launch readiness, knowledge materials, and post-launch reinforcement.
• Maintain and analyze adoption dashboards, engagement measures, and readiness information.
• Maintain portfolio documentation, logs, risk registers, and governance standards.
• Provide accurate analysis and documentation of business and system requirements.
• Escalate gaps, risks, dependencies, and decisions requiring ownership.
