Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize our Salesforce platform, provide user administration, and support incident triage to improve customer experiences.

The role involves configuring flows, automation, reports, dashboards, and maintaining org health, with opportunities to work on integrations and sandbox management.

Hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines with 3x on-site per week and occasional night shifts, and welcoming collaborative stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
• Strong configuration skills, including flows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in Salesforce platform maintenance and organization health checks.
• Ability to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantage.
• Experience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
• Amenable to work in night shift.
