Job summary

Thakral One Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce) to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will gather requirements, document user stories and process flows, and engage stakeholders to ensure successful Salesforce initiatives.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners and developers, support reporting and dashboards, and assist with testing and change management to drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• You have 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• You have experience working on Salesforce projects.

• You have experience working within Agile delivery environments.

As a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce), you will bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will focus on requirement gathering, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and solution documentation for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and adoption across the organisation.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout project delivery.

Process Improvement & Solution Design

• Analyse current business processes and recommend Salesforce‑based improvements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and development teams to design effective solutions.
• Support reporting and dashboard requirements.

Testing & Change Management

• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption activities.
