Job summary

Aggreko plc in Manila is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems and Process Analyst to drive system improvements and support users across Asia. You will act as the Salesforce CRM subject matter expert, manage data quality, and deliver training, reporting, and project implementations.

You will partner with stakeholders and ATS to deploy Salesforce updates, create user guides, and develop dashboards to empower decision-making.

Qualifications

• Salesforce expertise and system configuration/administration
• Experience delivering training and user guides for Salesforce
• Strong data governance and quality control knowledge
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to design and deliver reports/dashboards for business insights
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce and related apps

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for business systems enquiries across the region
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system issues in Salesforce and related apps
• Maintain governance, data integrity, access management and compliance
• Provide onboarding, training, configuration and user support
• Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce updates
• Develop and deliver training programs and user guides
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics for business functions
• Produce knowledge articles and support documentation
• Provide first and second-line helpdesk support for system users
• Travel within Asia may be required
