Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize our Salesforce platform and support user operations from our Manila hub. You will handle user provisioning, password resets, incident triage, and oversee changes for external app upgrades in a hybrid on-site arrangement (3x weekly) with night-shift flexibility.

The role requires at least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, strong config skills (flows, automation, reports and dashboards), and comfort reading Apex code.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
• Strong configuration skills: flows, automation, reports, dashboards.
• Experience in Salesforce maintenance and org health checks.

Responsibilities

• Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

• Coordinate tasks and change tickets for external app upgrades.
• Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals.
• Performing System Maintenance and Seasonal Release (Refresh, Sandbox Creation/Deletion, Site Switch, Certificate Renewal, and Salesforce Integrations)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
• Strong configuration skills, including flows, automation, reports, and dashboards
• Experience in Salesforce platform maintenance and organization health checks
• Ability to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantage
• Experience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementation projects
• Proficiency in Salesforce deployment and sandbox management
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work with key business stakeholders
• Issue and ticket management experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and external application upgrades
