Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge admin capabilities with business analysis, supporting requirements, design, and governance. The role involves coordinating portfolio delivery, change readiness, and adoption reporting, with day-one readiness for Salesforce architecture and configuration.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Quezon City) and partner with multiple stakeholders to drive compliant, scalable solutions within the Selling Tools portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years relevant experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Willing to work night shift and hybrid setup (3x a week onsite in Quezon City).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts and ecosystem behind the scenes.
• Knowledge of governance, security, data handling, and platform constraints.
• Day 1 Salesforce administrator-level knowledge including architecture and permissions.
• Ability to analyze adoption, engagement, readiness, and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs, gather requirements, and translate into technical solutions.
• Apply Salesforce admin knowledge across objects, security, layouts, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design, validation, risks, and readiness.
• Coordinate Selling Tools portfolio activities including milestones and timelines.
• Support change management, enablement, and launch readiness activities.
• Maintain adoption dashboards, engagement metrics, and periodic reports.
