Job summary

First Advantage in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin Leader to guide a team of Salesforce Administrators while remaining hands-on in Salesforce administration, support, and solution delivery.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and deliver requirements, drive platform enhancements, and lead ongoing improvements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce experience (10+ years preferred).
Minimum 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
Experience managing at least 4-5 team members.
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Exposure to Agentforce is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and deliver requirements.
Support and maintain Salesforce platform enhancements and administration activities.
Ensure best practices, documentation, and process compliance are followed.
Participate in troubleshooting, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
