Job summary
weSource is seeking experienced Salesforce Manager/Senior Manager professionals in the Philippines, combining deep technical expertise with leadership and client-facing capabilities. The role focuses on leading Salesforce projects while remaining hands-on when needed, in a hybrid setup with 50% onsite and 50% remote.
Ideal candidates will have 7–15 years of Salesforce experience, demonstrated leadership of engagements, and proficiency with Sales Cloud and at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud.
Qualifications
- 7–15 years of Salesforce experience
- Hands-on Salesforce with leadership of projects
- Experience leading Salesforce projects, teams, or client engagements
- Experience with Sales Cloud implementation
- Experience with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning and integrations
- Experience in Salesforce implementation, consulting, or technical delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Salesforce certifications are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation and consulting projects
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Lead, mentor, and support Salesforce teams
- Participate in Salesforce solution design, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical guidance throughout project delivery
- Work with stakeholders to address complex business and technical requirements
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery
- Stay involved in hands-on Salesforce activities when required
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage new Salesforce capabilities
