Job summary
Teamified is seeking a talented Salesforce Admin to join our team in the Philippines. You will manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
You will configure, customize, and automate workflows, build reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while staying current with Salesforce best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the needs of the business.
- Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
