The role requires guiding the team, gathering requirements, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce stack. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of Salesforce experience (10+ preferred), 3+ years of leadership, and a mandatory Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience (10+ years preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing at least 4-5 team members.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and deliver requirements.
• Support and maintain Salesforce platform enhancements and administration activities.
• Ensure best practices, documentation, and process compliance are followed.
• Participate in troubleshooting, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
