First Advantage Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin Leader to head a team of Salesforce Administrators while staying hands-on with administration, support, and solution delivery.

The role requires guiding the team, gathering requirements, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce stack. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of Salesforce experience (10+ preferred), 3+ years of leadership, and a mandatory Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience (10+ years preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing at least 4-5 team members.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

About the role

An experienced Salesforce Admin Leader role responsible for leading a team of Salesforce Administrators while remaining hands‑on in Salesforce administration, support, and solution delivery.

About you

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience (10+ years preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of people management or team leadership experience
• Experience managing at least 4-5 team members
• Strong hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to Agentforce is highly preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
