Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud consulting workstreams from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
• Analyze client business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce functional requirements and configuration decisions.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Coach team members on Salesforce administration, solution design, and implementation tasks.
• Review deliverables to validate alignment with client objectives, process standards, and system requirements.
• Guide requirements elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities to support lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and customer data management; coordinate system integration, testing, and release readiness.
• Develop training materials and deliver user support to promote effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply technology-enabled approaches to strengthen sales operations.
