First Advantage Philippines Inc. seeks a senior Salesforce Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ/CLM.

You will manage users, configurations, releases, data quality, and platform governance while collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. The role emphasizes change management, governance, and proactive maintenance, including security reviews and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10 to 11 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and deployment experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers and Salesforce design patterns with testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
• Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
• Sandbox environment management and DevOps/release management experience
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with focus on user experience
• Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
• Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer
• User training and support, monitoring adoption and handling tickets
• Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers
