Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a Training Coordinator to support planning, delivery, and evaluation of sales training programs. You will assist onboarding, conduct product and customer service training, and help prepare materials and assessments for new and existing staff.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with willingness to travel between branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, marketing, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with training or coaching.
• Sales experience in customer-facing industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs for new and existing employees.
• Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired sales personnel.
• Assist trainers in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and policy training.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, handouts, assessments, and learning resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance, venues, and logistical needs.
• Monitor and document training attendance, progress, assessments, and completion.
• Assist in conducting product and service knowledge training for sales staff.
• Support role-playing, sales simulations, and practical training exercises.
• Assist in evaluating trainees’ performance during and after programs.
• Monitor application of learned techniques and customer service standards.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend training interventions.
• Maintain and organize training records and development files.
