Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs for new and existing employees.
Support the onboarding and orientation of newly hired sales personnel.
Assist trainers in conducting product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policy training.
Prepare training materials, presentations, handouts, assessments, and other learning resources.
Coordinate training schedules, attendance, venues, and other logistical requirements.
Monitor and document employees’ training attendance, progress, assessment results, and completion.
Assist in conducting product and service knowledge training to ensure sales staff are knowledgeable about the company’s products and services.
Support role-playing activities, sales simulations, and other practical training exercises.
Assist in evaluating trainees’ performance during and after training programs.
Monitor the application of learned sales techniques and customer service standards in the workplace.
Help identify common performance gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
Maintain and organize training records, materials, and employee development files.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with experience in training, coaching, or employee development.
Sales experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, beauty, wellness, or other customer-facing industries is an advantage.
Good understanding of sales processes, customer service, and selling techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident in speaking in front of groups and facilitating training activities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or similar presentation tools.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate training records.
Willing to travel between branches or work locations when required.
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
