Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Operations Trainer in Metro Manila to equip agents with the knowledge and skills from client curricula, adapting to diverse learning styles to maximize comprehension. You will supervise a team during product training and collaborate with Operations leaders for a smooth classroom-to-floor transition.

Requirements include a university-level background in education, psychology, or business, plus 2+ years in customer service or related roles.

Qualifications

• University student in Education, Psychology, Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, back office support, community safety or similar role.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service expertise.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to identify training challenges and address them through targeted interventions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding of agents ensuring required system access for training, and training room set up.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on products and systems to new and existing agents, utilizing various methodologies and technologies.
• Monitor attendance and performance of a group of agents during training and recommend their transition to production or termination.
• Support transitions from classroom to on-the-job training and then to the operations floor with feedback and action plans.
• Assess post-training knowledge retention and performance during nesting to address gaps through coaching.
• Support complex customer issues/escalations when required by the account.
• Stay up to date on required account procedures and may take operations calls.
